Refund policy
CANCELATION/ REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We can not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. (excludes Digital Products & Downloads)
Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied. 
Some Exceptions may apply.
Please inspect your order upon reception In the event that you do receive a damaged product or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately at lisamarieeventsandtreats@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist you and make things right. 
ORDER ISSUES / WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure that your shipping address is current and accurate. 
If your box gets returned to us due to the wrong address input, 
Once we receive the box back, we will reach out to you to provide two options:

OPTION 1: We will refund the box upon receipt minus a $10 restocking fee for the labor and discard the custom-made box as well as any perishable items.
OPTION 2: We will reship the box to a NEW address for a $15 reshipping fee (invoiced through PayPal).
 
Digital Downloads
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
REFUNDS 
DUE to the nature of this item, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
No Cancellations can be made on Digital products

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
